What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young vegetable greens — harvested 7 to 14 days after germination, just as their first true leaves appear. They pack up to 40× the nutrients of fully grown vegetables, with concentrated flavor and color.

How we grow them

We use a hydroponic, soil-free system inside a clean, controlled grow space. No pesticides. No synthetic fertilizers. Just clean water, organic seeds, and steady light. Every tray is monitored daily.

Hygiene & safety

Trays are sanitized between every cycle. Greens are cut with sterilized blades on the morning of delivery and packed straight into food-grade containers. No middlemen, no warehouse storage.
